One of my favorite mailartists is the one who now lives closest to me. This mailing is an "Independence Day 2005" card, but he created it on September 11th, 2005. This card is number 168(USPS)pc for the year 2005: the 168th card, a United States Postal Service postal card (as opposed to postcard). (That last may be a distinction only the USPS makes!)
